    Yes - while we aim to keep the flavour profile consistent, the actual coffee may change over time as supply shifts. We’ll always notify you before any change, so you can stay in control.

    Will the price of my subscription ever change?

    Potentially yes, the price may change depending on the coffee that’s currently fulfilling your subscription. If it goes up, we’ll always aim to keep it as close to the original as possible. And if it goes down, we’ll pass those savings on to you too. Either way, you’ll be notified in advance before your next order is fulfilled and you can choose to cancel at any time.

    Can I skip a month, pause, or cancel my subscription?

    Yes - you’re completely in control. You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime, with no commitments or hidden fees.

    We’ll also notify you in advance before your next payment, so you always have time to make changes. Managing your subscription is simple - just head to your account page to update your preferences whenever you need.

    What if I don’t like the replacement coffee?

    How do I choose the right delivery frequency?

    It depends on your roasting schedule and output. As a guide, 5kg every 4 weeks suits smaller roasters doing regular espresso or blend batches. Need help? Just reach out and we’ll help you forecast.

    Can I subscribe to more than one staple?

    Can I get samples before subscribing?
