Middle East
The Middle East has a deep-rooted coffee culture, with Yemen and Saudi Arabia at its heart. Yemeni coffee, grown at high altitudes, develops rich flavours of earth, dried fruit, and warm spices, while traditional farming keeps it highly sought after. In Saudi Arabia, coffee is mostly enjoyed locally, with light roasting highlighting notes of raisins, dates, and spice. Despite tough growing conditions, both countries continue to shape the region’s unique coffee traditions.
