We started Green Coffee Collective because startup roasters couldn't get access to the same quality lots as large buyers - without the minimum commitments that made no sense at their scale. That's still what we're built around.

Do I need a registered business to apply?
No. If you're still getting set up, apply anyway and share as much as you can. A member of the team will be in touch to work through the details with you.
Does this work for sole traders?
Yes. Sole traders are welcome - just submit an application and let us know how you're set up.
I'm based outside the UK and EU - can I still apply?

Do I need a minimum monthly commitment?
No minimums. Order what you need, when you need it.
I currently buy from you at retail - do I need a new account?
No. If approved, we'll convert your existing account automatically. Your order history stays intact and your login doesn't change
Can I still buy at retail quantities on a wholesale account?
Yes. Wholesale pricing applies automatically when you hit the volume threshold. Below that, standard pricing applies. One account, one checkout.
How do I apply for net payment terms?
Once your wholesale account is approved, get in touch at wholesale@greencoffeecollective.com and the team will walk you through it.
How do I get early access to new arrivals?

Yes. If your circumstances have changed or you think we got it wrong, get in touch and we'll take another look.
I have a wholesale account but can't see 10kg or 20kg pricing?
First, make sure you're logged in — volume pricing is only visible to approved wholesale customers. If you're logged in and still can't see it, the lot may have limited stock available. Get in touch and we'll help.
