    South India Coffee Company (SICC) is an export-focused business founded in 2017 by Akshay Dashrath and Komal Sable, fifth-generation coffee producers from Coorg – one of India’s oldest coffee-growing regions.     We use Ecotact bags because they offer high-barrier protection against oxygen, moisture, and external contaminants. This helps preserve the quality, aroma, and flavour potential of your green coffee during transport and storage. They're trusted by top producers and importers worldwide.

    Heat-Sealed for Maximum Protection

    Every bag is professionally heat sealed at our warehouse to lock in freshness. This creates a secure seal that prevents exposure to air or humidity - keeping your green coffee stable, even over long periods.

    Convenient Resealable Zip Closures

    Once opened, each bag has a resealable zip to help you store and protect the rest of your coffee between roasts. It’s a simple way to reduce waste and maintain freshness - especially helpful for home roasters or sampling.

    South India Coffee Company (SICC) is an impact-driven exporter of specialty coffee from India, founded in 2017 by Akshay Dashrath and Komal Sable. With roots in Coorg and a mission to connect Indian producers with the global specialty market, they focus on sustainability, traceability, and long-term partnerships across the supply chain.

    What regions and farms do they work with?

    SICC works with a wide network of farms across India, including estates in Coorg, Chikmagalur, the Baba Budangiri region, and Odisha. These farms range from long-established family estates to smallholder community projects, each with its own approach to sustainability and quality.

    What makes their sourcing model different?

    SICC combines end-to-end logistics with direct producer support. Their work includes helping farmers access new markets, providing training, offering infrastructure and harvest support, conducting soil tests, and supplying free fertiliser based on those reports – all to promote better farming outcomes and economic sustainability.
