This is a reliable, easy-drinking Brazilian coffee with classic chocolate and sweet nutty notes – ideal as a base for espresso or a mellow filter option. Grown at lower altitudes, the cherry matures quickly, helping keep costs down while still delivering a balanced, approachable cup.

Fine Cup (FC) is a recognised grade for specialty coffee in Brazil. These lots are usually natural process, sun-dried on patios, and sorted with care to ensure consistency and quality.

Most Brazilian coffee comes from large farms designed for mechanical harvesting. In recent years, though, producers have adopted more selective equipment that can target only ripe cherry - a major win for cup quality. On steeper ground, producers use vibrational hand tools like the derriçadeira to harvest selectively while keeping costs manageable.

It’s a good example of how Brazilian producers are adapting to meet demand for quality at scale - combining efficiency with care in processing to offer dependable lots with clean, crowd-pleasing flavour profiles.

Sucafina

Countries of operation Global

Sucafina isn’t our typical partner, they’re a global coffee network, not a regional specialist. But they play a key role in helping us source reliable commercial-specialty coffees that are ethically produced, taste great, and come in at a solid price point.

We teamed up with Sucafina strategically to access consistent volumes for blends and subscription lines, without compromising on traceability. Their Farmgate Initiative and open pricing align with our values, and let us keep things transparent across the board.

This partnership means we can continue backing small producers while also keeping your go-to brews dependable and fairly priced. We know this setup is a bit outside our usual model, so we're sharing it openly. If you want to know more, just ask - we’re always happy to chat through the details.
