Roasting Recommendation

Whether you’re aiming for an espresso roast or a slower brew method, we recommend maintaining a steady profile to fully develop this coffee’s fruity and sweet nuances. Once you reach the first crack (around 190°C), closely monitor the development phase to preserve its intricate flavors. Avoid extending the roast too far beyond this point to retain the coffee's complexity and vibrant characteristics.
