Nestled in the rugged, rocky terrain of Divinolandia in São Paulo State, the Bertolini family has become a beacon of excellence in coffee production. Their 12-hectare farm, despite its steep and challenging landscape, yields coffee that reflects their dedication, with each bean carefully picked, graded, and naturally dried to bring out the region’s signature sweetness and floral notes.

The Bertolinis have mastered the art of overcoming adversity, with 50% of their annual 200-bag harvest reaching specialty-grade standards. This limited lot of just 10 bags is a true representation of their best coffee, made from the Mundo Novo variety using natural processing methods.

As active members of APROD, a producer association committed to empowering small-scale farmers, the Bertolini family plays an essential role in promoting Divinolandia's unique coffee culture. Their collaboration with other local producers strengthens the community and helps elevate the overall quality of the region's output.

Beyond coffee, the Bertolinis are also celebrated for producing award-winning cachaça, a traditional Brazilian spirit, which adds a layer of sustainability and diversity to their farming efforts.
