A distinguished coffee named after the kebele in Ethiopia where it is meticulously cultivated. Grown at impressive elevations between 1,900 and 2,100 meters, this coffee benefits from the rich terroir of the region, which imparts unique flavors that truly stand out.

The natural processing method, a hallmark of traditional Ethiopian coffee production, begins with farmers handpicking only the ripest cherries. These carefully selected cherries are then delivered to the washing station, where they undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure only the finest make the cut. The beans are dried on raised beds for 15 to 25 days, allowing for even drying and optimal moisture retention, which enhances the coffee's complex flavor profile.

The result is a vibrant and captivating coffee with rich notes of plum, grape, and tropical fruits. Each cup of Guji Hambella Alaka is a testament to the dedication of the farmers and the exceptional growing conditions of the Guji region. This coffee not only offers an extraordinary taste experience but also connects you to the heart of Ethiopia, where coffee is more than just a crop—it's a tradition.
