Bambito Estate is one of Panama’s longest-standing coffee farms – and one of its most consistent. Tucked into the highlands of Chiriquí, the farm sits between two mountain ridges, creating a set of microclimates that give real clarity and character in the cup. Now run by the fourth and fifth generation of the Sittón family, Bambito is known for its clean processing, deep attention to detail, and big flavours.

This lot is a Yellow Catuai Natural – a variety prized for its bright acidity and balanced sweetness, given extra punch here by dry processing. It’s vibrant, structured and fruit-forward, while still grounded in the kind of clarity that defines Panama’s best coffees.
