    A flexible subscription designed for roasters who need a consistent supply of high-quality coffee for espresso, blends or filter options. It ensures you’ve always got your core coffee covered, with minimal admin.

    Will the coffee ever change?

    Yes - while we aim to keep the flavour profile consistent, the actual coffee may change over time as supply shifts. We’ll always notify you before any change, so you can stay in control.

    Will the price of my subscription ever change?

    Potentially yes, the price may change depending on the coffee that’s currently fulfilling your subscription. If it goes up, we’ll always aim to keep it as close to the original as possible. And if it goes down, we’ll pass those savings on to you too. Either way, you’ll be notified in advance before your next order is fulfilled and you can choose to cancel at any time.

    What if I don’t like the replacement coffee?

    We work hard to ensure replacements are close in profile and quality. If you’re ever unhappy with what’s supplied, just get in touch - we’ll work with you to find a better fit.

    Can I skip a month, pause, or cancel my subscription?

    Yes - you’re completely in control. You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime, with no commitments or hidden fees.

    We’ll also notify you in advance before your next payment, so you always have time to make changes. Managing your subscription is simple - just head to your account page to update your preferences whenever you need.

    How do I choose the right delivery frequency?

    It depends on your roasting schedule and output. As a guide, 5kg every 4 weeks suits smaller roasters doing regular espresso or blend batches. Need help? Just reach out and we’ll help you forecast.

    Can I subscribe to more than one staple?

    Yes, absolutely. Many roasters subscribe to multiple options to cover different parts of their lineup.

    Can I get samples before subscribing?

    Yes — you can order a sample of the current coffee before committing. Check the product listing currently fulfilling the subscription or get in touch and we’ll help sort them out.
