Our seasonal green coffee beans follow the harvest calendar — bought fresh, in limited quantities, from origin-specialist importers. Once a coffee sells out, it's gone until the next crop. You'll find East African lots in Q1, Ethiopian and Kenyan coffees through spring and summer, and Central and South American origins rotating through autumn and winter. If something catches your eye, don't sit on it.
