Traditionally natural processed, African coffees offer an exceptional balance of body and acidity, often with sweet, wine-like flavours. Their vibrant acidity—ranging from sparkling to tart—enhances floral and fruity aromas, creating some of the most distinctive and complex profiles in the world. Though the continent produces just 12% of the world’s coffee, its influence on quality and flavour is undeniable.
