  • Which parts are worth keeping as spares?

    It depends on how often you roast, but a few items come up again and again. Chaff filter baskets are prone to clogging or bending over time - especially with dark roasts or back-to-back sessions. USB cables and LED lights can be easily misplaced or worn with daily use. Triers, though durable, are essential for monitoring bean development, so having a spare can prevent unexpected downtime if one’s damaged. Keeping these on hand gives you flexibility and peace of mind during busy roasting periods.

  • Are all parts compatible across R1 and R2 models?

    Most parts in this collection are compatible with the full Aillio Bullet range: R1, R1 V2, R2, and R2 Pro. We clearly note any model-specific fit on each product page but if you're ever unsure, just ask - we're always happy to help confirm compatibility before you order.

  • Are these genuine Aillio parts?

    Some parts - like tryers and LED lights - are direct replacements from Aillio. Others, such as the bean deflector, are aftermarket accessories made to the same size and spec. In every case, we only stock items that we know work reliably with the Bullet system and that we’d be happy using ourselves.

Do I need tools to install these parts?

Most of the parts in this collection are easy to install by hand. Triers, USB cables, chaff filters, and LED lights all fit directly without the need for tools. If a part does require extra steps, we note that clearly on the product page

How do I know when a part needs replacing?

If something feels loose, isn’t working as expected, or shows signs of wear - like a clogged chaff filter or flickering LED - it’s a good time to replace it. Many parts are small but make a big difference to performance.
