Cherry is handpicked, then either processed at home or brought to shared washing stations and processing centres, where it's dried on raised beds or patios and raked regularly for even drying. AB grade refers to parchment screen size — 15 and 17 — not cup quality, and reflects the bean sizing typical of pooled smallholder lots.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003eGrown between 700 and 1,200 metres, this is a solid, full-bodied commercial-grade Robusta suited to espresso blends.
